And sometimes despite climbing inside a person’s skin, you may still not ‘understand’ them or what drove them to behave in a certain way. When you find yourself in that spot, it might be a good time to remember that you perhaps may not understand everyone and their behaviour but you have the infinite capacity within to accept and love them despite all that they are, all that they do…and however different they might seem to be. Your heart is filled with a love that is deeper than the ocean and you can choose to use that ‘depth’ to accept that which you cannot understand and that which is so different to anything that you have known.
