Box full of darkness

Blessings come in many forms, including darkness and despair. The learning amassed from sorrow, grief, loss and abandonment is a learning that has the deepest roots. Do not be afraid of the darkness or the pain that it entails…for hidden within the dark pain is the sweet fruit of emotional and spiritual growth. Next time, when you step into the darkness…or receive it as a gift from someone you love or loved, tell yourself –  ‘Yay…Here I grow again’.
